My bowls are both identical in size (About 5 inches in diameter) and shape. They stack together perfectly, almost as though they were bought in a set from the store. Because these were my first projects of the year, i was a little bit shaky footing the ring but managed to correct them over time. I glazed them in a deep blue halfway to create dimension and add interest. I dipped it in clear to give it the same texture on both sides, evening it out nicely. im very proud of these bowls .  

this project is 7 inches tall and 4 inches wide, filling the requirements for a tall project. the contrasting colors create even more height instead of width, and the cobalt blue matches my other projects, which I love because it adds interest. all my projects have smooth texture, with very few bumps and a very defined foot ring.
